About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can enhance organic visibility, improve search rankings, and optimize digital assets for both search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO. It includes working on:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Technical and content-led organic growth

You will collaborate closely with content, design, development, and performance teams to drive measurable organic results.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Strategy & Keyword Research

- Conduct advanced keyword research including transactional, informational, local, and semantic clusters
- Identify high-intent and long-tail keyword opportunities
- Map keywords across different funnel stages

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

- Structure content to capture featured snippets and zero-click searches
- Optimize for voice and conversational queries
- Implement structured data and schema markup
- Improve visibility in FAQs and People Also Ask sections

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

- Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences such as Google SGE and generative search platforms
- Strengthen topical authority and entity-based SEO
- Structure content for AI summarization and contextual understanding
- Build brand authority signals and digital mentions

Technical SEO

- Conduct detailed technical audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed)
- Coordinate with developers for implementation and fixes
- Improve site architecture and internal linking strategy

Content Optimization

- Optimize landing pages for both ranking and conversion
- Align SEO strategy with campaign objectives
- Work closely with content and creative teams for search-focused storytelling





Off-Page & Authority Building

- Execute ethical link-building strategies
- Monitor backlink profile and domain authority
- Identify partnership and digital PR opportunities

Reporting & Analytics

- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Monitor keyword growth, traffic trends, and lead impact
- Share monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Skills & Requirements:

- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Knowledge of structured data and schema implementation
- Experience with SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
- Awareness of AI-driven search evolution including AEO and GEO concepts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Positive to Have:

- Experience in Real Estate SEO
- Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Understanding of content clustering and topical authority frameworks
- Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
