Key duties include engaging customers, providing detailed product knowledge, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom displays, and coordinating deliveries. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a flair for design, and availability for weekend/holiday shifts.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored design advice to help them select furniture that matches their style and budget.

Sales Generation: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing sales and promoting financing options or special promotions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and product features to accurately inform customers.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked with well-arranged merchandise.

Administrative Tasks: Process sales transactions, handle returns,



and coordinate with the delivery team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or sales experience is highly preferred, specifically in furniture or home decor.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Design Sense: Basic understanding of interior design principles and space planning.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, process transactions, and handle payments.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
