World Visa Academy is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing abilities, be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone, and have prior experience in Telesales , counseling, or sales-related roles.

As a Telesales , you will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining our visa training programs and services, answering inquiries, following up with potential students and clients, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective clients and students from provided leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.




- Basic English understanding and speaking ability.
- Valuable knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati.
- Confidence in handling telephonic conversations.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, counseling, or a similar role.
- Graduation ( will accept Pursuing profile's .)
- Previous sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
