We are looking for an experienced leader to head our entire retail and service business. We are 25years old in the market

Role

The Retail & Business Head will be responsible for the complete retail operations, business growth, profitability, and team performance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

- Drive overall sales and profitability across all stores.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Improve store productivity and customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Retail Operations

- Manage daily operations of all stores.
- Ensure SOPs and operational discipline are followed.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, ageing stock, and replenishment.
- Improve billing efficiency and customer service standards.

Purchasing & Inventory

- Plan purchases based on sales trends.
- Maintain optimum stock levels across all stores.
- Coordinate with brands and suppliers for product availability.
- Reduce ageing and dead inventory.

Sales Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and mentor store managers and sales teams.
- Review daily sales performance.
- Conduct regular store visits.
- Drive conversion, accessories sales, financing, and extended warranty sales.

Vendor & Brand Management





- Build relationships with Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, Apple, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, and other brand partners.
- Coordinate promoter deployment and incentive programs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and marketing support.

Marketing

- Plan and execute store-level marketing campaigns.
- Increase footfall and lead generation.
- Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities.
- Evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

Service Business

- Oversee IT and mobile service centre operations.
- Improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Grow service revenue.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build a solid performance-driven culture.

Reporting

- Daily business review.
- Weekly action plans.
- Monthly P&L; review.
- Sales, stock, collections, ageing, and profitability analysis.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15+ years of experience in multi-store retail management.
- Experience in mobiles, consumer electronics, laptops, or large-format retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, retail operations, and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with leading electronics brands is preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Goa.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
