We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our esteemed faculty team for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in MCA subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, Software Engineering, Database Management, Web Technologies, and more.
- Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Contribute to research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications





- Minimum Qualification: BCA & MCA (Master of Computer Applications) are mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–10 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Computer Applications or related fields.
- Preferred Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Applications or candidates pursuing a Ph.D. will have an added advantage.
- UGC NET qualification in the relevant subject will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the latest tools, technologies, and programming languages relevant to the MCA curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
