Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Develop and enhance workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Configure and implement IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.
- Develop and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Customize Service Portal using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI Class Manager.
- Implement security controls including ACLs, roles, domain separation, and data policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage source code through Git and support CI/CD deployment processes.





Required Skills

- 6–9 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
- Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3).
- Exposure to UI Builder and Next Experience.
- Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI Class Manager.
- Experience implementing ACLs, domain separation, and enterprise security configurations.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Qualification

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently in a quick-paced Agile environment.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
