- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Provide bedside nursing care including hygiene, dressing, and wound care.
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
- Perform IV cannulation, catheterization, dressing changes, and sample collection.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the medical team.




- Maintain accurate patient records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Document nursing care, procedures, and patient responses.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Ensure proper sterilization and disposal of medical waste.
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to quality standards such as those recommended by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
