Office Location: Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Accounting – Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.

- Financial Modeling – Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models.

- The candidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:

o Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.

o On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.

o Provide assistance in fund raising activities





o Assess fair market value of intangibles such brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Essential

- Chartered Accountant / MBA

- Financial analysis skills

- Aware of valuation basics

Valuable to have

- 0.5 - 1 year experience in Valuation

- CFA Level I or II appeared
