Novello Group is expanding and launching a new hotel in Haridwar. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security teams.
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
