Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Sathwa Spa & Wellness, Mangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a client-facing role (Spa/Salon/Hotel preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and client queries
- Maintain client records and manage billing/cash handling
- Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold Sathwa Spa’s commitment to premium service & ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software)




- Fluency in English and local languages preferred
