Job Description

- Must have hands on design experience(5+ years) on the aero engine components using CATIA V5
- Proficient in handling Digital Mock-Ups (DMUs) and sub-system handling
- Must have experience in part, assembly, surface and sheet metal design modelling with 3D Functional tolerance analysis (FTA).
- Solid knowledge of ISO Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;) and familiarity with manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Must have experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, such as Teamcenter
- Proactively identify potential queries and engage with customer effectively to clarify and resolve issues.
- Proactively participates in design and definition reviews, using relevant checklists to ensure compliance with standards and requirements
- Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with team in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ability to analyze and interpret change drivers like change requests, engineering drawings, SB, CAD, assembly instructions, change documents & BOM
