Job description:

Sand Pebbles Groups is a premium tourism & hospitality group in Eastern India, running a resort at Bhitarkanika alongside tour, travel and luxury fleet services from our Bhubaneswar office. As Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll drive bookings and grow brand visibility across our properties.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and drive sales for resort bookings, tour packages and corporate travel
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporates and online travel platforms
- Plan and run marketing campaigns, both digital and offline
- Track performance against targets and report on market trends

Requirements:

- Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality or a related field
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
