Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in managing buyer requirements, product development, order coordination, and presentation preparation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, and hands-on experience in creating qualified PowerPoint presentations and coordinating product photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Merchandisers in handling buyer communications and daily merchandising activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sampling, Production, Fabric, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare buyer presentations, product catalogs, and professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.
- Coordinate and manage garment photoshoots, ensuring products are presented professionally for buyers and marketing purposes.
- Maintain style-wise order details, T&A; calendars, and merchandising documentation.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and shipment timelines.
- Prepare cost sheets, product specifications,



and buyer reports as required.
- Ensure timely communication with buyers regarding sample status and production updates.
- Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in garment export merchandising.
- Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating garment/product photoshoots.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in a garment export house.
- Who has experience in PPT making and Photoshop
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excellent team coordination.
