Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and confident Content Creator & Brand Presenter who will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, presenting, and coordinating engaging video content across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand what makes content viral and be able to transform trending ideas into informative, engaging, and high-performing videos that increase brand awareness and attract investors, brokers, listed companies, clients, and other stakeholders.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable brainstorming ideas behind the scenes and confidently presenting them on camera.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the face of the company's digital presence by confidently presenting videos across social media platforms.
- Research and monitor the latest trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- Twitch
- Other emerging social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends while maintaining the company's brand identity.
- Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling content for short-form and long-form videos.
- Plan and execute video content calendars for marketing campaigns, educational content, product promotions, investor awareness, and brand-building initiatives.

- Corporate Announcements
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Continuously monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, creator economy developments, and digital marketing best practices.

AI Content Creation Responsibilities

- Leverage AI-powered tools throughout the content creation lifecycle, including ideation, script writing, video generation, voiceovers, editing, subtitles, translations, animations, and visual effects.
- Create innovative videos by combining manually recorded footage with AI-generated visuals, avatars, animations, voice synthesis, and motion graphics.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve production quality, creativity, efficiency, and audience engagement.
- Identify and implement new AI-driven content formats that help the company stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Ensure AI-generated content maintains high quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Video Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
- Excellent on-camera presentation and communication skills.
- Strong script writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Twitch, and other digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and viral content creation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience psychology.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, plan, and execute creative campaigns.

Technical Skills





Candidates should have experience with some or most of the Video Editing and Graphic Design Tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Video Production, AI Tools, or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
