We are looking for an experienced Visa Process Consultant with proven expertise in handling Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) applications. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Germany Opportunity Card cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) applications.
- Assess client eligibility based on Germany Opportunity Card requirements.
- Guide clients regarding documentation, eligibility criteria, and immigration procedures.
- Review, verify, and organize client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit visa applications in accordance with German immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documentation and resolve documentation gaps.
- Maintain accurate client records, application trackers, and CRM updates.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Germany immigration regulations and Company SOPs.
- Safeguard client passports, confidential documents, and sensitive information.
- Coordinate with internal sales and documentation teams for smooth case management.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the immigration process.




- Assist with process improvements and support management in operational activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration or visa processing.
- Hands-on experience in processing Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) applications is mandatory.
- Must have managed end-to-end Germany Opportunity Card cases, including:
- Client eligibility assessment
- Documentation review and verification
- Profile evaluation
- Application preparation and submission
- Client follow-up and case management
- Strong knowledge of Germany immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirement

Only candidates with prior experience in handling Germany Chance Card (Chancenkarte) applications will be considered.

Candidates without Germany Opportunity Card processing experience are requested not to apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
