Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on various legal matters Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and notices Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws. Coordinate with clients regarding case updates and documentation requirements Conduct legal research and case analysis Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling legal proceedings Maintain accurate legal records and confidential documents

Requirements (Expected Proficiency):

Basic Knowledge in drafting Excellent English communication. Desired Profile:

1. Candidates must have completed an undergraduate degree of law (LL.B , B.A. LL.B etc.)

2. The university or the college where they have graduated must be recognized.

3. Those who have postgraduate degrees with specialization in Corporate Law are also eligible.

4. Apart from possessing the necessary education qualification, the students must also have done internships in proper law firms, fresher can also apply.

5. The candidates must have enrolled their name under AIBE (All India Bar Examination)

6. Knowledge in Arbitration and Mediation ,trademark and ipr

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
