Business Analyst Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst with solid experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and UAT activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, create business requirement documents, and support pre-release testing activities. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the healthcare domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the business domain, product concepts, and project requirements to define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare requirement specification documents.
- Create and maintain Current State (AS-IS) and Future State (TO-BE) business process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals on requirements and process documentation.
- Identify dependent and touchpoint projects and engage relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct and facilitate use case walkthroughs and requirement discussions.
- Perform high-level feasibility analysis for proposed solutions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review test scenarios, and validate business requirements.
- Support pre-release testing activities and ensure business readiness.




- Provide business knowledge transfer and functional guidance to development and project teams.
- Assist project management teams in evaluating and processing change requests.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- Possess strong Business Analysis experience.
- Have expertise in stakeholder management and business coordination.
- Have hands-on experience in Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation.
- Have experience working closely with development teams.
- Have experience in UAT and pre-release testing activities.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.

Good to Have

- Have knowledge or experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Have exposure to healthcare domain processes and workflows.
- Have experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Be able to drive discussions independently with business stakeholders.
