Position Summary:

M/s. Trafotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA. This role is responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and supporting export-import marketing initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development & Sales

o Identify and develop new clients and markets, both domestic and international.

o Assist in formulating marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve targets.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.

2. Client Communication & Presentation

o Prepare and deliver qualified presentations for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

o Respond promptly to RFQs, proposals, and client inquiries.

o Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

3. Market Research & Reporting

o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

o Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and client feedback.

4. Collaboration

o Work closely with Production, Accounts,



and Back Office teams to ensure seamless project execution.

o Support senior management in strategy formulation for new markets.

5. Business Development & Travel

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.

o Conduct client visits, site visits, and market tours as required

o Represent the company in meetings, conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.

o Build strong client networks through regular follow-ups and field interactions.

o Travel for business generation and relationship management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering + MBA Preferred

 Experience: Hands-on industrial experience in the Electrical or Mechanical Engineering domain will be an added benefit for this role.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.

 Soft Skills:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

o Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

 Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur)
