Freight Consol Logistics Private Limited (FCL India), is a rapidly growing global logistics and freight forwarding company looking to fill a Sales Manager position. The SALES MANAGER position is a dynamic role as the key point of contact between FCL India and customers and requires someone with strong professional acumen committed to providing value to each of our customers.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and existing clients.

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

· Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.

· Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations,



and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

· Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
