Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day hospital billing operations.
- Supervise billing executives and billing staff.
- Ensure accurate patient billing for OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and other services.
- Review and verify bills before final submission.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPA teams for cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Monitor pending bills, claim rejections, and payment collections.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient billing queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and revenue reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, medical records, and clinical departments.
- Conduct billing audits and implement process improvements.
- Train billing staff on billing software and procedures.
- Monitor revenue leakage and ensure proper charge capture.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
