Job Description:

Prime Growth Academy is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle outbound sales for online courses and actively build college collaborations and partnerships.

This role requires a mix of inside sales (calling & follow-ups) and field activity (visiting colleges, institutes, and academic partners).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and enroll students in online courses

Pitch programs clearly and close enrollments

Visit colleges, universities, and institutes to explore collaboration opportunities

Build relationships with placement cells, training & development heads, and faculty coordinators

Present Prime Growth Academy’s programs for workshops, internships, and certification tie-ups

Identify partnership opportunities for bulk enrollments





Maintain follow-ups with academic partners and convert them into long-term collaborations

Track sales and partnership activity using CRM or reporting tools

Achieve assigned sales and collaboration targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Experience in outbound sales / EdTech sales / institutional sales preferred

Willingness to travel locally for college meetings and presentations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident presenter and negotiator

Target-driven mind-set
