Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior CAM Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will lead and manage CAM operations, ensuring the seamless translation of design data into manufacturable PCB products. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in CAM processes, advanced knowledge of PCB manufacturing, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and analyze customer design data (Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, etc.) to prepare for manufacturing.

Use CAM tools (e.g., Genesis, CAM350, UCAM, or similar) to generate production files,



panelization layouts, and manufacturing documentation.

Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to address potential design or process issues.

Review and resolve DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DRC (Design Rule Check) issues with customers to optimize designs for manufacturing.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in CAM operations.

Train and mentor junior CAM engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Stay updated on industry advancements, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: ₹65,000.60 - ₹95,000.08 per month
