Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous project manager with a focus on high-rise building project completing. The ideal applicant will be in charge of overseeing and carrying out all finishing tasks, guaranteeing that projects are finished to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage all finishing works including flooring, painting, façade, interiors, and fittings.

· Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

· Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

· Monitor site progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.

· Manage project budgets, cost control, and billing processes.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.





· Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience: 10–15 years in finishing works of high-rise building projects
- Solid knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
