- Drive assortment optimization for buying responsibilities within the Buyers total area of business
- Reconcile on order/ reorder / Return to Vendor (RTV) with receipt plan. Utilize ORV to update shipping log on weekly basis
- Identify and maximize financial opportunities / minimize liabilities on total business
- Run, analyze, and send weekly department and vendor selling reports, prep information for market
- Manage order confirmations
- Utilize Affinity/PDF to create accurate style records in system with regards to class, subclass, master style, etc.
Proactively reach out to vendors for all needs regarding PO entry, shipping details, and order reconciliation. Oversee recent vendor setups and guidelines, manage all packages/deliveries.
Maintain an up-to-date order management system in collaboration with Buyer. Maintain a visual on order packet and track all routing.Build styles and enter POs upon approval with needed urgency. Seek approval from buyer or vendor on daily updates.Partner with the Allocation and Planning team to assist in store allocation and distribution.
Pay: ₹358,973.90 - ₹517,805.26 per year
