Sales & Business Development

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and jewellery showrooms for business development.
- Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote jewellery collections and achieve sales targets.
- Handle product presentations, customer meetings, and order bookings.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and client events.
- Travel locally and outstation for sales meetings and client visits.

Administration Responsibilities

- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and visit reports.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.




- Handle office administration and documentation work.
- Monitor stock movement and support inventory management.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain proper filing of company documents and customer records.

Customer Relationship Management

- Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relations.
- Maintain regular communication with key customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
