- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications using cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration within unified analytics environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in distributed computing frameworks.
- Familiarity with collaborative development practices and version control systems to maintain code quality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
