Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct property title verification and draft title reports based on the review of historical ownership documents

 Perform due diligence for land and property transactions across urban and rural

areas

 Review and summarize Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other relevant property records

 Assist in drafting and vetting agreements such as Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds,

Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney

 Maintain organized legal documentation and reports for clients or internal use

 Support senior lawyers during real estate transactions, client queries, and compliance audits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university





Interest or academic exposure in property law, transfer of property act, land acquisition, stamp act, RERA etc.

Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills

Reading Kannada is must.

Familiarity with legal procedures related to property verification and land records

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools

High level of integrity and strong attention to detail
