Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Academic Project Coordinator to join our team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining academic quality by verifying student projects and assignments. Additionally, you will serve as an instructional backup, stepping in to conduct classes and ensure uninterrupted learning when primary faculty members are absent.

Key Responsibilities

- Assignment & Project Verification: Review, evaluate, and verify student project submissions, practical work, and assignments against syllabus rubrics to ensure quality standards.
- Faculty Substitute & Classroom Delivery: Step in to lead scheduled classes, lectures, or interactive sessions in the absence of primary faculty members.
- Academic Coordination: Liaise between students and senior faculty members to track academic progress and resolve student queries.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate digital records of student grades,



assignment submission timelines, and attendance logs.
- Curriculum Support: Assist faculty in updating course materials, preparing assessment frameworks, and guiding students on project guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ( Engineering ).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus).
- Strong subject knowledge to confidently conduct classroom sessions when required.
- Proficiency in basic software tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and digital learning management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for evaluating student work.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
