Description:

1. Execution of multi-step synthesis of projects which are transferred or developed in R&D; lab.
2. Depending on the project requirements, performing lab experiments to gather process understanding.
3. Monitoring validation batches in R&D; lab as well as plant.
4. Trouble shooting during commercial scale-up.
5. Interpretation & characterization report of working standard, Key starting material & its related substances before submitting QC/ADL dept.
6. Review & performance of daily verification and scheduled calibration.
7. Document preparation related to R&D.;
8. Training to subordinate.

Education:

- B. Pharm B. Pharm - Required

- Master Degree (MS/MA) M. Sc. - Preferred

Experience:

- 2 years or more in 2 - 5 Years
