Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary

Jalap Aluminium Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our premium aluminium doors, windows, façades, and glazing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and potential customers.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote the company's aluminium fabrication products and services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the office team.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors' activities.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, customer meetings, and sales progress.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.




- Coordinate with the production and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Experience in the aluminium, construction, building materials, or fabrication industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
