Role Overview:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and profitability of assigned properties. This includes tenant management, vendor coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of residential/commercial properties
- Manage tenant relationships, including onboarding, issue resolution, and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities
- Supervise vendors and service providers
- Ensure timely rent collection and track outstanding dues
- Maintain property records, agreements, and documentation
- Monitor property expenses and support budgeting
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular property inspections
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in property or facility management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic financial understanding (rent tracking, expense control)
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
