Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces, such as Etsy, Amazon, and our WooCommerce website, while driving digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketplace management, digital marketing, and online advertising, with the ability to optimize product performance and support business growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
- Create and manage product listings with accurate information and updates
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
- Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
- Keep marketplace accounts updated with pricing, product details, and policies
- Track marketplace performance and maintain smooth order processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, stock availability, and updates
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and platform updates
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices for product listings and website content.




- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and online sales.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and sales.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Positive understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management will be an added advantage.

Education

Experience

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
