Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Pizza Specialists (Pizzaiuolo) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in pizza preparation, dough production, ingredient handling, and maintaining quality standards while ensuring smooth operations of the pizza section.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per standard recipes.
- Prepare and assemble pizzas under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow proper dough fermentation and storage procedures.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pizza station and kitchen area.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO practices.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper portion control.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.




- Learn and develop skills in pizza-making techniques and oven operations.

RequirementsCommis 1

- 2–3 years of experience in a pizza section.
- Positive knowledge of dough fermentation, pizza preparation, and oven operations.
- Ability to manage the pizza station under supervision.

Commis 2

- 1–2 years of experience in a pizza or Italian kitchen.
- Basic understanding of dough preparation and pizza assembly.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Commis 3
- 0–1 year of kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Willingness to learn pizza-making techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Neapolitan, Roman, or Artisan-style pizzas.
- Understanding of Italian ingredients and food preparation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
