Job Title: Design & Sales Expert

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Design & Sales professionals to drive luxury interior sales. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting design solutions, coordinating with design teams, and closing sales while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.

● Showcase the company portfolio, conduct experience walkthroughs, and present customized design solutions.

● Advise clients on layouts, materials, finishes, and current design trends.

● Coordinate with the design team to develop tailored proposals.

● Prepare and present proposals including cost estimates and project timelines.

● Consistently follow up with leads and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

● Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referra

Requirements





● Experience in luxury sales, preferably in interiors or related industries.

● Design background is mandatory.

● Minimum 4 years of experience.

● Strong presentation and communication skills.

● Highly presentable with a client-facing mindset.

● Persistent and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

● Passion for sales with ownership of targets and numbers.

● High standards of ethics and honesty.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven sales workplace.

Preferred Experience

● Residential or luxury interior design sales

● High-value client handling

● End-to-end sales cycle management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
