Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Finalize monthly and annual books of accounts, including preparation and finalization of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Handle all direct and indirect taxation matters, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns with accurate reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, and consultants during audits.
- Work closely with auditors to provide schedules, supporting documents, resolve audit queries, and ensure timely finalization of financial statements.
- Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking operations, fund management, loan documentation, working capital requirements, Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and other banking-related matters.




- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and ensure effective fund management.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify accounting entries, invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, and HR departments for smooth financial operations.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper accounting of depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.
- Support management by providing financial analysis and reports for strategic decision-making.
