As a Billing Executive in our sports shop, you are the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring their shopping experience concludes with efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly interaction. You play a vital role in maintaining precise inventory records and managing smooth point-of-sale operations.
- Efficient Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly using our POS system, ensuring all payments (cash, card, digital) are handled securely.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, qualified checkout experience, addressing customer queries and offering information on loyalty programs or ongoing promotions.
- Accuracy & Balancing: Maintain high precision in cash handling and end-of-day register balancing to ensure financial discrepancies are non-existent.
- Store Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area that reflects the high standards of our sporting brand.
