Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Associate / Senior Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and inventory/stock reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Manage GST-related entries, reconciliations, and assist in GST compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Handle stock accounting, inventory reconciliation, and stock verification.




- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and inventory-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of GST and core accounting principles.
- Experience in stock accounting, inventory management, or stock reconciliation is mandatory.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or inventory-driven businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
