Management Trainee

The Role

This is a high-potential, early-career role designed as a general management feeder. You will sit at the intersection of business and technology finding where organisation can gain more value, scoping what can be done about it, and making sure what gets built gets used. You will rotate across verticals, develop a working knowledge of the full textile value chain, and build relationships with plant heads, vertical leaders, and the central digital team simultaneously.

What You Will Do

- Run structured use-case discovery with vertical heads, plant heads, and functions convert business pain into scoped, valued, and prioritised opportunities
- Maintain the use-case portfolio: value estimates, data readiness assessments, named business owners, and delivery status
- Track adoption of deployed tools and analytics:



active users, usage frequency, and movement on business KPIs
- Rotate across organization's verticals - building domain fluency

What We Are Looking For

- 25 years of experience; management consulting or business analysis background
- Manufacturing or industrial exposure is a solid plus
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with plant-level operations as well as senior leadership
- Understands enough technology to scope work; enough business to put a number on the value
- High initiative, structured thinking, and the ability to focus on critical business processes
