Job Description

- Providing overall leadership to establish best supply chain management system and continually improve the efficiency & effectiveness thru' adoption of on time delivery, optimal inventory, strategic sourcing, digital technologies & cost management.

- Developing the Suppliers towards Roots design, Engg. change & system Requirements.

- Periodical review and Re-evaluating the suppliers for Quality, Cost & Integrity

- Identifying the developmental needs of the team members, coaching, mentoring them to improve their knowledge, skills and enhance performance.

- Driving Operation Excellence Strategic Project

Requirements

- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
