We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Ahmedabad.

📍 Position: Hospitality Trainer
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Experience Required: 3–5 years in the hospitality industry
🎓 Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

🕒 Working Days

- Monday to Saturday

- Sunday: Weekly off

💰 Salary

- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

📌 Key Responsibilities

- Train and mentor hospitality staff and trainees

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions

- Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback

- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality practices





- Support placement readiness and industry grooming of candidates

✅ Skills Required

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards

- Leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
