Toshi Consulting Services is a staffing and recruitment firm specializing in IT talent acquisition. We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our US-based clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with job boards including Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
