Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable room categories and packages.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective guests until booking confirmation.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Update lead status, follow-up schedules,



and booking details in the CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless booking process.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, hospitality sales, or travel sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
