Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.

· Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable project recommendations.

· Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits for clients.

· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Collaborate with developers and channel partners to secure project tie-ups and exclusive offers.

· Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate,



or a related field (preferred).

· 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.

· Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.

· Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer trends.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
