Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)Experience

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations by partnering with managers and employees to drive people initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, stakeholder management, and employee engagement, with the ability to work in a 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with team leads and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business functions.
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives to reduce attrition.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve employee retention.
- Support talent management initiatives,



including succession planning and career development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with recruitment and L&D; teams to support workforce planning and employee development.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Shift

- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
