Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

1 Week Unpaid Probation

Salary: ₹10,000/month (First 3 Months Probation)

Minimum Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Mandatory)

About the Role

We're looking for someone who understands social media beyond just posting content.

You should have hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts, understanding what drives growth, creating engaging content, analysing performance, and helping brands build a meaningful online presence.

This role is best suited for someone who is accountable, reliable, organised, and takes ownership of their work. We don't believe in constantly following up with team members. We're looking for someone who communicates proactively, manages responsibilities independently, and consistently delivers quality work.

If you're only looking for a short-term role or are not comfortable taking ownership, this position may not be the right fit.

Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram accounts for multiple brands.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Write captions and content briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and project managers.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor account performance and engagement.
- Research trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Assist with campaigns, reels, stories, and brand growth initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication regarding timelines, progress, and blockers.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience managing Instagram accounts.




- Good understanding of Instagram growth and content strategy.
- Robust communication and written English skills.
- Basic knowledge of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, and similar marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Probation

- Initial 7-day unpaid evaluation period.
- Followed by a 2-month paid probation at ₹10,000/month upon successful completion of the evaluation.
- Performance will be reviewed throughout the probation period based on ownership, communication, reliability, quality of work, and consistency.
- High performers will be considered for long-term opportunities and salary revisions based on performance.
