As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure PaaS, Python (Programming Language), GitHub.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based application architectures.
- Strong understanding of API integration and microservices development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and cooperative development workflows.
