Customer Support Executive – Premium Voice Process

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple Premium Voice Processes. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Freshers and experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.

Eligibility

* Any Graduate.

* Minimum 6 months of experience.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements





Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, along with proficiency in at least one of the following regional languages:

* Kannada

* Tamil

* Malayalam

* Hindi

* Marathi

* Bengali

* Gujarati

English Communication Requirements

Candidates should possess:

* Excellent spoken English.

* Transparent pronunciation with a neutral accent.

* Strong listening and comprehension skills.

* Confidence in handling customer conversations.

Selection Process: All shortlisted candidates will undergo a Versant Communication Assessment. The minimum qualifying score will vary depending on the assigned process.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
