We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with project coordination skills for an ETL automation project in the banking regulatory reporting domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in similar automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ETL automation.
- Understand existing banking ETL processes, data flows, and pain points.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, project plans, data mappings, and functional documents.
- Coordinate between bank stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables; manage client support for the assigned client portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Technical & Functional Skills

- Solid experience in ETL / data automation projects in Banking.
- Valuable understanding of banking systems and data sources such as:
- Core Banking
- LMS (Loan Management System)
- LOS (Loan Origination System)
- Treasury Systems
- CASA etc.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target documents, and validation rules.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension models).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields. MBA (Finance/Systems) or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
