Job Title: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities

- Implement social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging content calendars, posts, carousels, Reels/short videos, graphics, and captions.
- Manage and grow organic community engagement (comments, DMs, followers).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams for campaign planning.
- Run paid social media ads (if needed) and optimize them.

Requirements

- 0–3years of experience in social media management.
- Strong command of content creation tools (Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of past social media work is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
