Pagariya Group is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and have experience in bookkeeping, GST documentation, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Prepare vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Process invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain filing of accounting records in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com
- Additional certification in Tally will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or export organizations will be preferred.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS basics.
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Knowledge

- Inventory accounting
- Banking transactions
- Vendor reconciliation
- E-way Bills (basic understanding)
- ERP exposure (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
